Payment

Delivery
A person prepares your file after payment and delivers it by email, as a personal download link, within 72 hours of payment. If we do not deliver within 72 hours, we refund the full amount automatically.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
By ticking the box at checkout you expressly agree that we start preparing and delivering the file within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered. Before delivery you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Refunds after delivery
After delivery we refund only where the law requires it or where the file does not match its description. See Refunds.
